Day 1: Thoughts and Temperaments

It is no more news that your thoughts influence your words, actions, reactions and even your relationship with people at home, at work and in business. Out of your thoughts is issued out the fountain of life.* Your thought is the fountain, the bedrock and the foundation of all you do; in summary,  you are your thoughts.**

Your thoughts however might be influenced by your temperament.
Temperament is considered a biological component (in born traits)of a person's personality, which reflects in his physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social life. However, it can be modified through education, environment and experience.

In the next few days we will look at how your temperament can influence your thoughts, words and actions. For some, this influence may be evident in its raw forms, some others may have it evident as a modified form; while some my show signs of combination of temperaments with its corresponding combinations of thought patterns.

The aim of this writing is not to categorise and label anyone but to foster understanding of oneself and others at home and at work.  I'm sure you will be blessed and I look forward to your comments.

* Above all else, guard your heart,
for everything you do flows from it. Prov. 4:23 (NIV)
** What he thinks is what he really is. Prov. 23:7 (GNT)
